Game Hub Subscription Agreement

This Game Hub Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Subscriber", "you") and FollowTurk, operator of followturk.com ("FollowTurk", "Provider", "we"), governing your subscription to the FollowTurk Game Hub service. Please read it carefully. By starting a subscription you accept this Agreement in full. This Agreement is designed to be fair to both parties and does not remove any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Parties and Acceptance

The parties to this Agreement are FollowTurk (the Provider) and you (the Subscriber). By clicking "Subscribe", completing payment, or otherwise using the Game Hub subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract. If you subscribe on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to bind them.

22. Definitions

• Game Hub — the recurring subscription service that lets you select and access digital games from a rotating catalogue for as long as your subscription is active.
• Plan — a subscription tier defining price, billing interval, how many games you may claim and how often (the "claim window").
• Claim — the act of selecting a game to receive access to it under your Plan.
• Billing Period — the recurring interval (e.g. one month) for which you are charged and access is granted.
• Game Pass Access — access that exists only while your subscription is active, as described in Section 7.

33. Description of the Service

The Game Hub is a subscription that grants time-limited access to digital games. Depending on your Plan you may claim a defined number of games within each claim window. Access to claimed games is delivered from within the site (for example, through shared game accounts and the associated login/security codes) and is provided under the Game Pass model.

The available catalogue changes over time. We do not guarantee that any specific game will remain available, and games may be added, removed or substituted without liability, provided the overall nature of the service is maintained.

44. Eligibility and Account

You must maintain an accurate account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may hold only one subscription per account unless we expressly permit otherwise.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

55. Subscription Plans, Pricing and Taxes

Plan names, prices, billing intervals and claim allowances are shown at checkout before you subscribe. Prices are displayed in the stated currency and, where applicable, are inclusive of taxes as required by law; otherwise applicable taxes are added at checkout.

We may change Plan prices or features. Any change to the recurring price of your active subscription will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect from your next Billing Period. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

66. Billing, Auto-Renewal and Payment

The Game Hub is a recurring, auto-renewing subscription. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method the Plan price at the start of each Billing Period until you cancel.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Odesin). We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a renewal payment fails, your access may be suspended or the subscription may lapse.

A confirmation is sent by email when your subscription starts, renews, is scheduled to cancel, or ends.

77. Access Model — Game Pass (Access While Subscribed)

This is important. The Game Hub follows a "Game Pass" model. Claimed games are not a permanent purchase: you receive access only for as long as your subscription remains active. When your subscription ends, is cancelled and expires, or lapses due to non-payment, your access to games claimed through the subscription is withdrawn.

Your claim allowance resets each Billing Period. Unused claims do not carry over to the next period unless a Plan expressly states otherwise. Games and accounts are made available to you on a shared, non-exclusive basis and remain the property of their respective owners.

88. Game Claims and Fair Use

You may claim games up to the number and frequency defined by your Plan. The service is for personal, non-commercial use by a single individual.

You agree not to: exceed or attempt to bypass claim limits; automate or abuse the claim system; share, sell, sub-licence or transfer access, credentials or codes to any third party; or use the service in a way that harms other users, the shared accounts, or the Provider.

99. Delivery and Shared Accounts

Access is typically delivered instantly and from within your account (for example, shared account login details and a security/verification code). You are responsible for following the delivery instructions and for keeping any provided credentials confidential.

You must not change the credentials, security settings, email, or any other property of a shared account, nor make purchases on it, nor take any action that impairs access for the Provider or other subscribers. Doing so is a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund.

1010. Cancellation and Effect

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account (Account → My Subscription) or by contacting support. Unless you request immediate cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Period: your subscription will not renew, and your access continues until the period end, after which access is withdrawn.

Cancelling stops future charges. Except where required by law or expressly offered by us, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for the current or past periods.

1111. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

The Game Hub provides immediate access to digital content. Where your local law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you acknowledge and request that performance begins immediately upon subscription, and you accept that your right of withdrawal is lost once access is provided, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under the law of your country of residence. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

1212. Service Availability and Provider Obligations

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to deliver claimed access promptly. We may perform maintenance, and access may occasionally be interrupted.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the continuous availability of any particular game. If we fail to deliver access you have paid for and cannot provide a reasonable substitute, your sole remedy is a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected access, as determined in good faith.

1313. Prohibited Conduct and Subscriber Obligations

You agree not to: (a) use the service fraudulently or unlawfully; (b) provide false payment or identity information; (c) initiate improper chargebacks (see Section 18); (d) circumvent technical or usage limits; (e) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service; (f) infringe third-party or Provider intellectual-property rights; or (g) act in any way that damages the shared accounts or other subscribers.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the underlying game platforms (for example Steam) and their end-user agreements.

1414. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription and access, with or without notice, if you materially breach this Agreement, if fraud or abuse is suspected, if a payment is reversed, or as required by law. Where practicable and appropriate we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure.

On termination for your breach, no refund is due and any outstanding amounts remain payable. You may terminate at any time by cancelling as described in Section 10.

1515. Intellectual Property

All games, accounts, software and content accessed through the Game Hub are the property of their respective rights holders and are provided to you under a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for the duration of your access only. The FollowTurk name, logo and site are our property. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights.

1616. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement is limited to the total amount you paid for the subscription in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill. Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), nor your mandatory consumer rights.

1717. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FollowTurk harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent such claims are caused by you.

1818. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first attempting resolution, or for access that was correctly delivered, may be treated as a breach and may result in suspension of your account and recovery of the disputed amount and reasonable costs, without prejudice to your genuine legal rights.

1919. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment-card data is handled by our payment provider under applicable security standards; we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you consent to the processing necessary to provide and bill the service.

2020. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes affecting your rights or the recurring price will be notified to you in advance (for example by email or on the site) and, where they affect your subscription, will apply from your next Billing Period. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept, you may cancel.

2121. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the courts and consumer arbitration bodies available to you in your country of habitual residence.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer bodies determined by applicable law.

2222. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor of our business. This Agreement, together with the documents referenced in it, is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Game Hub subscription.
