What is Shiny in MM2?
If you like bright, eye-catching cosmetics, Shiny is made for a colorful loadout in Murder Mystery 2. Shiny is a Legendary knife, a mid-to-high rarity tier that sits above the everyday drops many players start with. The entire blade is covered in a shiny rainbow texture that makes it easy to recognize at a glance. It is known for being retextured rather than removed when its older box setup was replaced. Shiny also took the place of the earlier MLG knife after it was pulled for copyright reasons. For collectors, it’s a simple way to add a bold rainbow look without changing how your knife plays.
How to get Shiny
You can unbox Shiny from the Rainbow Box. You can also get it by trading with other players.
Shiny variants and related items
Other items that also come from the Rainbow Box include Chroma Heat, Heat, Brown, and Black.
