11. Our Refund Policy

At FollowTurk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. As a provider of digital products and services, all deliveries are made electronically. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

22. Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Order not delivered within the promised timeframe and no resolution provided by our support team
  • Wrong product delivered that does not match your order
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent product delivery or activation
  • Duplicate charges resulting from payment processing errors

33. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the digital product has been delivered or the service has been initiated
  • Digital codes or keys that have already been redeemed or activated
  • Account suspension, ban, or restriction by third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Roblox) that is beyond our control
  • Providing incorrect delivery information such as wrong usernames, profile links, or email addresses
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date

44. Account Products — 3-Day Warranty

FollowTurk provides a 3-day warranty period on all account-type products (Valorant accounts, LoL accounts, Minecraft accounts, and similar gaming accounts). The warranty period starts at the moment of purchase and confirmed delivery.

If the delivered account does not function as described within this 3-day window — for example the account is already banned at delivery, the credentials are incorrect, or login is restricted in a way that affects the listed rank/skins — you may request a replacement or a full refund. Open a support ticket with evidence (login error screenshot, account state, etc.) BEFORE the 3-day window expires.

After the 3-day window has elapsed, no refund or replacement will be issued. Issues caused by the buyer (changing the password, linking a personal email or phone number, granting access to third parties, or violating the game publisher's Terms of Service) are NOT covered.

This warranty applies ONLY to account products. Gift cards, digital codes, in-game currency (VP, Robux, RP), streaming subscriptions, and other instant-delivery digital items are not eligible — once the code or credit has been delivered, the sale is final.

55. How to Request

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase through our ticket system or at [email protected]
  • Provide your order number, the product or service in question, and a detailed description of the issue
  • Include any relevant screenshots or evidence that support your refund request
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

66. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds to account balance are processed immediately
  • Refunds to original payment method (credit card, cryptocurrency) are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Partial refunds may be issued for partially delivered services based on the percentage of completion

77. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your FollowTurk account
  • Forfeiture of any remaining account balance or pending deliveries
  • Permanent ban from the platform for fraudulent chargeback claims
