11. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the FollowTurk website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

22. Definitions

In these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

• "Service" refers to the FollowTurk website, platform, and all related digital services provided by FollowTurk LLC.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Digital Product" refers to any digital goods, codes, virtual currency, or services available for purchase on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created to access the Service.

33. Account Registration & Security

To purchase products or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FollowTurk is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

If a user is found to be operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently and irrevocably closed without prior notice. No appeals, reactivations, or new account registrations will be accepted. Any remaining balance, pending orders, or earned commissions in the closed accounts will be forfeited. FollowTurk employs advanced detection methods including but not limited to IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, browser profiling, payment method correlation, and behavioral pattern analysis to identify multi-account usage.

44. Products and Services

FollowTurk provides digital products and services that are delivered electronically. These include but are not limited to:

• Gaming products including digital codes, in-game currency (such as Robux), and virtual items
• Streaming service subscriptions and digital gift cards
• Other digital goods as listed on the platform

Product availability, pricing, and delivery times may vary. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without prior notice.

55. Payment Terms

All prices displayed on the platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cryptocurrency, and account balance.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or duties imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchases. FollowTurk does not collect or remit sales tax unless required by law.

66. Order & Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment confirmation. Most orders are fulfilled instantly; however, some services may require additional processing time of up to 24-72 hours depending on the product type and demand.

Delivery is considered complete when the digital product or service has been made available to your account or delivered to the information you provided. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all delivery information (e.g., usernames, profile links, email addresses).

77. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in detail on our separate Refund Policy page. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

88. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes, including using stolen payment methods or engaging in chargeback fraud
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without our express written permission
• Resell or redistribute products purchased through the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

99. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the FollowTurk platform are the property of FollowTurk LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission.

1010. Affiliate Program

FollowTurk offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to additional terms, including minimum withdrawal thresholds and commission rates as displayed in your account dashboard.

FollowTurk reserves the right to modify commission rates, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or self-referrals.

FollowTurk utilizes advanced fraud detection systems to monitor affiliate activity, including IP correlation, device fingerprinting, transaction pattern analysis, and behavioral profiling. All affiliate transactions are subject to review and audit at any time.

1111. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOLLOWTURK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

FollowTurk is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Roblox, or others) that may affect the products or services you have purchased, including but not limited to account suspensions, policy changes, or service modifications by those platforms.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

1212. Identity Verification (KYC)

FollowTurk reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) from any user at any time, particularly when suspicious or unusual account activity is detected. This verification is conducted to prevent fraud, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and protect the security of all users on the platform.

When KYC verification is requested, your account will be temporarily suspended until the verification process is completed. You will be required to submit the following documents within 24 hours:

• A government-issued photo ID (front and optionally back)
• A selfie holding your ID document
• A photo of the payment card used for the transaction (card number may be partially obscured for security)

Failure to complete the KYC verification within the 24-hour deadline will result in permanent account suspension and automatic refund of any pending deposits. FollowTurk may also reject submitted documents and request resubmission if the documents are unclear, invalid, or do not meet verification requirements.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that FollowTurk may require identity verification at its sole discretion, and that failure to comply may result in account termination.

1313. Termination

FollowTurk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any remaining account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these terms. If you wish to delete your account, you may contact our support team.

1414. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York, NY.

1515. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
