22. Group Structure
FollowTurk LTD and FollowTurk LLC are affiliated companies that jointly operate the followturk.com platform. Each entity is separately incorporated, maintains its own bank accounts, and is responsible for compliance within its own jurisdiction. For the purposes of data protection (GDPR Article 26), the two entities act as joint data controllers for certain cross-border processing activities.
