My payment failed, what should I do?

Payments · 1 MIN READ · UPDATED 28.07.2026

When a payment fails, your money is usually not charged at all, or it is refunded quickly. Try these first:

Quick checks

  • Re-check your card details (number, expiry, CVV).
  • Make sure your card is enabled for online / international payments — some banks disable this by default.
  • Complete the 3D Secure verification (SMS/app approval).
  • Try a different payment method (PayPal, crypto or another card).

"Money taken but no order"

This is usually a temporary hold, not an actual charge; your bank releases it automatically within 1-7 business days. If you want to be sure, open a support request with the last 4 digits of the card, the amount and the time — we will check the record and either deliver your order or clarify the status.

When retrying

You can refresh and order the same product again; failed attempts do not create an order, so there is no risk of a double charge. If the problem continues, send us the method-specific error message and we will guide you quickly.
